Our Services
By placing an Order and submitting payment, You are purchasing the Product for Your exclusive personal use. All Products are created by contracted writers who transfer complete rights and ownership of the finalized work to the Company prior to delivery. REFUND POLICY

Refunds are permitted only under specific circumstances, as outlined below:
Change of Mind
Customers may receive a 100% refund if a cancellation is requested before our writers or editors begin working on the project.
If You choose to discontinue Your project within one hour of placing the order, You may request a refund. In all other cases, a 15% processing fee will be applied.
Incompetent Delivery
Refunds may be requested only after all available remedies have been exhausted, including:
- Assessing whether the work does not meet the documented requirements You initially provided
- Utilizing the unlimited revision options offered to ensure Your satisfaction
- Allowing reassignment or rewriting by a different team member if needed
You may also choose to receive free equivalent pages for future use.
If, after all corrective measures, We are still unable to deliver content reasonably aligned with your instructions, a partial refund may be issued based on mutual agreement. Refunds apply only when the final delivery is substantially different from the documented request.
Late Delivery
We are committed to delivering services on time. However, if We fail to meet the agreed deadline, and after You have made at least three (03) attempts to reach us regarding the delay, you may qualify for a refund, provided there is clear evidence that the delay resulted from the Company’s oversight.
Refund Time Frame
Refund requests must be submitted within 120 days of the final delivery date. Requests made after this period will not be considered.
